Explore details regarding class schedules, youth and adult fitness integrations, and membership logistics.

  • What specific training tiers are available for developing athletes?

Clockwork Performance Training provides a developmental ladder that matches programs to a person's physical maturity. The progression starts with Next Up for ages four to six. Older children transition into Youth Fitness for ages seven and up. Middle and high school competitors use the Pro Athletic Development tier, while those aiming for the collegiate level advance to the Elite Athletic Development tier.

  • How does the 90-Day Lock-In schedule work for adults?

Adult Fitness requires a three-month commitment focused on strength, cardio conditioning, and flexibility. Participants attend scheduled sessions on Mondays and Wednesdays from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM. Morning sessions are also available on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:30 AM to 6:30 AM.

  • How is the Next Up program structured for early childhood development?

The Next Up program targets children ages four to six through engaging, structured play. The curriculum introduces fundamental movement skills. Coaches focus on building foundational mechanics like running, jumping, throwing, and balance before advancing participants to higher-intensity youth tiers.

  • Can beginners participate in the performance programs?

CPT welcomes participants across a diverse demographic spectrum. Programs are calibrated to specific performance goals, allowing beginners to establish a strong mechanical foundation. The coaching staff prioritizes proper movement before applying high-intensity techniques, ensuring a safe entry point for new members.

  • What equipment access is included with the Elite CPT membership?

The Elite CPT membership provides unlimited classes and full facility access. Members utilize the weight room, batting cages, and basketball court. This tier also includes a specific discount for the basketball shooting machine.

  • How do new members schedule their initial evaluation?

Prospective members begin by trying a class to experience the environment directly. Following this session, the staff conducts a professional assessment to identify strengths and gaps. You can initiate this step by booking an evaluation through the GymMaster integration linked on our website.

  • How does the coaching staff track and measure individual progress?

CPT utilizes regular performance evaluations to track objective progress over time. This methodical tracking is a core component of the service architecture, ensuring that the training translates into visible improvements within specific developmental windows.
